With vocalists from the Duluth-Superior area, this choral ensemble always amazes our audiences with beautiful, powerful singing and insightful musical selections. This season’s concert reflects on times of struggle, resilience, and hope through music rooted in America’s rich choral traditions.

Friday, December 18, 2026, 7:00 p.m.: Handel’s “Messiah”, Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Ashland. ACMS’s beloved Christmas tradition features an orchestra, soloists, and audience participation in the famous choruses. Choral books are provided at the door. Our holiday gift to the community, this is a free concert.

Friday, February 5, 2027, 7:00 p.m.: Superior Brass Quintet, United Presbyterian-Congregational Church, Ashland. Duluth based Superior Brass Quintet brings listeners on a musical journey with an array of compositions spanning classical works by Gabrieli and Bach, as well as contemporary selections from Malcom Arnold, Scott Joplin, and jazz standards.
