Thank you to everyone who attended our 2022-23 season of concerts and the very gifted musicians who shared their talents with us! After the Ashland Chamber Music Society’s (ACMS) two-year involuntary absence, it was wonderful to once again bring beautiful music to the Chequamegon region.

The ACMS board members are currently organizing the 2023-24 performances. Our first concert on October 20 will be the Kodak String Quartet, a group of young musicians from New York City, graduates of the Eastman School of Music and the Madeline Island Music Camp. November 17, the Wingra Wind Quintet, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will perform. Both the Kodak and the Wingra musicians will also hold educational programs for students at Ashland High School. ACMS will present the annual free community Messiah concert in mid-December. Concerts for February, March, and April are still in the planning stages.

By July 1 st , ACMS will have all the dates and locations finalized, and the Upcoming Events page will show the full season then. If you would like to receive a mailing announcing the new season, or if you wish to receive emails, contact acms.bh.22(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)gmail.com.

Donations and sponsorships are key to making these concerts possible. Ticket sales provide only a third of the performances’ costs. You may make a contribution and learn about the sponsorship opportunities on the Donate page.

Thank you for your support, participation, and enthusiasm for all types of beautiful, live music!
