Annual Messiah Holiday Concert and Sing Along
Capture the holiday spirit during an evening with Handel’s inspiring masterpiece, the Messiah, on Dec. 13, 7:30 p.m., at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Ashland. The Ashland Chamber Music Society is pleased to again bring this free, annual event to our community, with a 20-piece orchestra, four talented soloists, and opportunities for the audience to join in with joyous singing. Conducted by Miki Budge, the orchestra and several area vocalists will perform a selection of popular arias. Audience members may obtain choral books at the door.
The Ashland Chamber Music Society (ACMS) will host a reception following the performance, with treats provided by the Ashland Baking Company, the Black Cat Coffee House, and ACMS volunteers.
